street shots, mostly as my mom drove by. They probably all look the same to you, but it will always bring me memories of Seattle….plus, I think each street gives off a different feeling, depending on what stores/people are around.

Six months after my 30th birthday, I faced acute myelogenous leukemia for the second time. I had a bone marrow transplant October 7, 2008, and I look forward to enjoying many, many more healthy years now that Laura (my sister) gave me the "gift of life", as she keeps referring to it.

I actually really like this one b/c it looks Christmasy! (the green lights!) Of course if I saw this picture in September it might not instill the same XMas spirit, but it sure does look Christmasy today!
