2- I remember carving my initials in that tree with my pocketknife when I was ~10 years old. I also thought I would get in trouble, so I never pointed it out. Good eye on finding it though, maybe you should stop searching back there before you find the bodies…
Six months after my 30th birthday, I faced acute myelogenous leukemia for the second time. I had a bone marrow transplant October 7, 2008, and I look forward to enjoying many, many more healthy years now that Laura (my sister) gave me the "gift of life", as she keeps referring to it.
