I made gazpacho last night, and it was yummy!! I got the recipe from my Spanish madre. I love to put in toppings, so here you have some gazpacho topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, egg and green pepper (with a side of crostinis).

Six months after my 30th birthday, I faced acute myelogenous leukemia for the second time. I had a bone marrow transplant October 7, 2008, and I look forward to enjoying many, many more healthy years now that Laura (my sister) gave me the "gift of life", as she keeps referring to it.

mmmm, yummy! I don’t think you ever topped it with tomatoes or peppers like that before when i had it. I LOVE putting the eggs in it
