Summary:
The Nike Women’s Marathon, the reason we are here. I’ve been training for this since May and thinking about it since the fall of 2007 when I first joined TNT.

Six months after my 30th birthday, I faced acute myelogenous leukemia for the second time. I had a bone marrow transplant October 7, 2008, and I look forward to enjoying many, many more healthy years now that Laura (my sister) gave me the "gift of life", as she keeps referring to it.
